大部份企业采用劳务派遣的因素是什么?

劳务派遣又称人力派遣、劳动派遣,是指由具备劳务派遣资质的机构与派遣劳动者订立劳动合同,把劳动者派向其他用工单位,其劳动者的工资、社会保险等事宜统一由劳务派遣机构发放与缴纳,用工单位再向派遣机构支付服务费用的一种用工形式。
Labor dispatch, also known as human dispatch and labor dispatch, refers to a form of employment in which an organization with labor dispatch qualification enters into a labor contract with the dispatched workers and sends the workers to other employing units. The wages, social insurance and other matters of the workers are uniformly paid by the labor dispatch agencies, and the employing units pay the service fees to the dispatching agencies.
劳务派遣的用工是企业用工的补充形式,只能在临时性、辅助性或者替代性的工作岗位上实施。为什么大部份企业都喜欢采用劳务派遣工。
Labor dispatch is a supplementary form of employment for Chinese enterprises, which can only be implemented in temporary, auxiliary or alternative jobs. Why do most enterprises like to use labor dispatch.
1、企业不需要设立专门专人对派遣工进行具体繁琐的人力资源管理,这些员工的聘用、员工工资发放,各类社会保障的建立以及缴纳、工伤申报劳、动纠纷处理等诸多人力资源管理事务性工作由劳务公司负责完成,提高企业员工的管理效率。
