人事代理是什么样的编制工作!

在编制内实行的人事代理,你占用学校的事业编指标,但你本人不占有这个事业编。这个岗位可以给你,也可以给别人,谁在这个岗位上谁就享受事业编待遇。和传统事业编的区别是档案委托人才交流中心管理。
