档案打回原籍后如果你要去的单位不接收档案（即也不帮你在单位当地的人才市场办托管），建议将报到证的单位就写成你生源的人才中心，这样就可以带着报到证就去当地的市人才市场，办理档案托管和人事代理。一定要去办理，不管是亲自或委托别人这个手续是不能少的，如果你没有去办理托管手续的话，即使档案打回原籍，也不会转正和算工龄的。
