企业人力资源必做的几项工作!

第一,必须做好人力资源战略规划管理工作

任何企业尤其是集团型企业一旦缺乏与未来发展相匹配的人才战略,最终肯定要制约企业的进一步发展,这一点是毫无疑问的。人力资源的开发和整合是一项长期的工作,应以公司战略组合、事业组合为前提,进行人力资源开发活动,建立基于职业行为的和核心价值观的人力资源素质模型。

第二,必须做好各岗位分析工作

工作分析是人力资源管理的基础性工作之一,由于它对人力资源规划、人员招聘与录用、工作评价、绩效管理及培训开发等环节都有重要的支持作用,因而要把工作分析当作各人力资源管理环节的逻辑起点,我们现在实际上却往往容易忽视工作分析,造成人力资源管理工作失去了整体性和连贯性。

第三,必须做好员工培训和人才储备工作

对员工工作能力的不足,可通过组织有针对性的培训活动,开发员工潜力,提高其工作能力;还要组织各种情景模拟形式的管理者培训,不断开发和提升管理干部的管理能力。通过严格的考核,合格者可以在内部寻找工作职位,通过培训仍不能适应工作的员工,应被淘汰。培训机制是保证退出机制有效运行的基础。
